Oren Gerlitz – Business Development Manager

Oren has lived in Berlin since 2002, and has an expansive knowledge and understanding of Berlin and its real estate market. He holds personal contacts with many of the leading brokerage firms in the city. Oren is musician and composer of electronic music, performing with his band internationally.

Fatma Tut – Director of Finance

Graduated business administration 1994 with major subjects accounting and finance. Many years of working experience in real estate sektor.

Gili Waldman – Customer relationship manager

Gili began her career as a social orginizer working mainly with youth. She holds a MFA in cinematography from City University of New York, and her films have won prizes in international film festivals. In the recent years Gili has lived in New York, Berlin and Tel Aviv, and brings to the fore her experience and insight concerning the German capital.

Einat Singer – Acquisition Manager

Einat lives in Berlin since 2000 and has an extensive knowledge and understanding of Berlin and its real estate market.

Christin Bartelt – bookkeeping assistant

Christin studied Business Administration from 2009 to 2013 and has finished her Bachelor of arts in September 2013. In January 2012 she started working at Inspiration Group as a student assistant. Since October 2013 Christin is working as a bookkeeping assistant at our company.

Peter Salkov – Sales

Peter holds a MBA degree specializing in Project Management and Marketing. He joined our Team 2012 working in Business Development Department and concentrating on sales in German and Russian Markets.

Kathrin Glanz-Sales & Rentals

A trained lawyer’s assistant, Heidi has been working for over 12 years in Berlin’s real estate industry. She joined Inspiration Group in 2012 as a rental agent and is also a member of our Germany based sales team.

Maayan Ilsar Silis – Investment Manager

Maayan has a BA in Business Management and Accounting, worked as a CPA in Israel for 5 years, mainly in real estate companies. Today she is investment manager at Inspiration Group. Among her responsibilities are rental income transfers to investors, investment and taxation advisor.

Tomer Heistein – Investment Consultant

Tomer studied Accounting and Finance and holds an extensive experience in project management and strategic planning. He specializes in establishing new working methods.

Verena Kahle – Administrator

Verena holds a degree in office administration and has previously worked as project assistant in the renewable energy sector. She moved to Berlin in 2011 and joined our team as office assistant. ‬

Roni Cohen- Investment Center Manager

Graduated MBA in Business management from Jerusalem University. Worked as R&D in leading High-Tech company’s. Roni has an extensive experience in business development.

Daniel Zecharia-Key account manager

Daniel holds B.A in psychology from Tel-Aviv University. She worked many years in El-Al.

Milly Zeimer – Key account manager

Milly is a professional photographer which specialized in interior design. she has an extensive experience with information security. Milly also managed an international premium clients focused in Europe.

Avi Greenberg – Key account manager

Avi is an architecture practical engineer and interior design. He has an extensive experience with customer service.

Maiky Kremer – Key account manager

Maiky holds a degree in Education and design from Seminar Hakibuzim. He worked many years in El-Al. He has an extensive experience with customer service. Lives more than 4 years in Berlin.

Nadia Lea Tcherniak- Key account manager

Nadia holds an MBA degree in International Relations and Political Science. She speaks 4 languages. She has an extensive experience with customer service.

Dario Mosconi – Investment Consultant

Expert in communication and marketing, Dario graduated in Sociological Science in 2010. He started his career as a Territorial Marketing Developer.

Leonardo Christofalo – Investment Consultant

Leonardo studied law in Rome and is specialized in real estate law. He is working in the real estate industry as realtor and legal consultant since 2010. Currently, Leonardo is working in our team in Berlin as investment consultant for the Italian customers.

Anna Agliardi – Graphic Designer

Anna is a graphic designer, she has an extensive experience with the marketing field.

Fabrizio Dal Vera – Administrator

Fabrizio has a degree in communication and European history. His background is as Copywriter and real estate account manager.

Elan Frenkel – Director of Operations

Initially part of the investor consultancy team, Elan is heads Inspiration’s international marketing team, with a strong focus on the development of Inspiration’s operations in Asia. Prior to joining the company Elan worked as a journalist and a media co-ordinator in the social and environmental sector.

Erez Frenkel – Business Development Manager

Erez has been living in China since 2005 and is fluent in Mandarin. He has worked in China in production and quality control management, as a consultant for international business people and companies, and as an independent entrepreneur in the fields of real estate and tourism. He is currently bridging the gap between the Chinese investors and the opportunities offered in Berlin.

Yong Xu – Office Manager

Yong acts as Inspiration’s office manager. She has graduated from Tsinghua University with a BA degree in International Relations, and is currently completing her MA in Public Management in Jiaotong University.

Stefan Rosenfeld – Professional manager in Berlin real estate field

He has worked in Berlin as a consultant, and as a self investor.
