Our Story
In 2008, shortly after the outbreak of the economic crises, Guy Gorfil (VPO) and I set out looking for investment opportunities. At that time, Guy had a flourishing landscape practice and I worked as a strategic consultant in the company I founded. We both analyzed hundreds of different real estate investment opportunities from around the world and visited projects in Europe and the United States. We found it challenging to find investments, which offered real ownership and control, properties that were managed professionally with a high level of transparency. We met while vying over a project in Berlin and then became partners. After a deep analysis, we decided that Berlin was the right place to set up our operations. And we commenced to establish Inspiration Group, a company that offers all the ingredients we were searching for as investors – creating a secure, transparent, professional organization. The slogan we chose, ‘A Real Estate Investment House’ represents our core values – a company that enables investing overseas, while offering the security of a home. Tomer worked for a decade as an independent strategic marketing consultant for leading industrial and educational institutions in Israel such as Plason and the Technion. Graduated B.A in economics from the Haifa university and M.B.A from the Recanati business school , Tel Aviv University. He has initiated and managed real estate projects in Israel, Germany and the United States.
