Why should I invest in real estate in Berlin, Germany?
In turbulent times, the German economy is presenting some of the strongest results in the developed world, with projections of being the first economy to emerge from the global crises, and confidence rates in the economy being the highest registered.
The German government is determined in transforming Berlin into the capital of Europe and is investing accordingly. Governmental spending in public projects is higher than in any other city in Europe. Amongst the major projects are: the near completion of the German Ministry of Defense and the relocation of 12,000 state employees from Bonn to Berlin, and the construction of an ultra modern international airport with expansive commercial centers, hotels and many attractions.
The rise in rental prices, and reforms in the structure of the welfare state are creating cultural shift from residential rental to ownership. I invested in one of your projects, how can I monitor my investment?
Inspiration Group has created a model of operation intended to maximize the transparency of the company, and confidence of investors.
Stage I:
All funds for an asset are transferred to a designated account overseen by a notary. The transactions are accompanied by legal documents which ensure the immediate refund of the investment in case the deal is not finalize due to un-authorization of loan by bank, or possible other legal complexities.
Stage II:
Following approval of the transaction by the company’s management, the money is transferred from the notary account directly to the accounts of the seller and/or contractor.
All transactions occur under the strict legal and regulatory apparatus existing in Germany, without the funds passing through a 3rd party.
Stage III:
Any significant expenditure of funds in the project, requires authorization of the bank as well as signatures of both partners whom individually represent their corresponding investors.
The account of the project will be made available continuously on line, enabling real time tracking of the project’s finances by investors.
In addition:
A designated blog with updates concerning the project will be posted on the company’s website. The interactive nature of the website will enable a two way flow of information between the investors and the company; acknowledging fully our belief that satisfied investors are Inspiration Group’s greatest asset.
